Self-Referral
Self-Referrals for young people aged 10 – 25 years. Sorted offers free and confidential self referral service for young people aged 10 and 25 years of age, usually based at our High Street North building, with discreet entrance and counselling rooms.
Experienced Counsellors
Our phones are manned by experienced counsellors who will listen sympathetically take your details and help you decide if you would like to attend an initial appointment. We will try our best to find a time to attend that suit you best.
Sometimes we do have a waiting list, but we are here to support you if you have to wait a while for your first appointment. We can also signpost you to other suitable services that may be useful.
Accessibility
Our building has steps to enter the ground floor. If this would be difficult for you, please let us know and we could work to see you in a different location. We don’t have anywhere to wait so we ask that parents/carers drop off and pick up at the agreed time.
No Problem is too Large or too Small to Talk to Us About
Our office is open from 9.00-2.00 Monday to Thursday if no one answers please leave a message with your name and contact number and we will get back to you.
