We are a registered charity providing a free and confidential counselling service for young people aged 5-25 across Central Bedfordshire, supporting those in distress where clients can feel valued and heard.

What we offer
At Sorted Counselling Services, we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to explore their thoughts and feelings. Our team of experienced counsellors is committed to helping young people navigate the challenges they face in today's world. We believe in creating a space where young individuals can express themselves and find the support they need.
Our Focus Areas
Our counsellors specialize in addressing a wide range of issues that young individuals may encounter. We are equipped to provide support for anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, academic stress, and more. We understand the unique needs of young hearts and tailor our approach to ensure they receive the guidance and support they require.
We also run our Fortis project supporting young people who have been subjected to domestic abuse (5-18) and our Evolve project which supports young people who have been exploited or are at risk of exploitation (8-18).
